E-470-Lia: Lia’s Baggage

Lia is engrossed in exploring new scent ideas for Temptation when at the edge of her consciousness she hears the maneuver warning sound.

Vibrations run through the deck and into Lia’s bones as the ship undocks from the Highport docking frame, there’s a slight sense of lateral motion; a loose tool from her work area rolls onto the floor.  The rumble of the main thruster rises to a soft whisper as the pilot – probably Jennie – puts on a gentle acceleration to move the ship slowly away from the dock.  Rosaline’s leaves tremble slightly, the last of her leaf glitter falling into her pot.

Next, Zayaire – or perhaps, avoiding Zayaire…

After that, Raina, and whatever that may bring.

Rosaline reminds her, she has made friends and comrades here, but previous bargains are calling.  Her various baggage, if you will; she may have to decide which bag she is going to pack…
