    11 vs 13 for Streetwise.
    8 vs 10 for Carousing.

    She wants to have a good time. She will also  look for a terminal to contact Martell and ask him to set up a meet with their new friend at the time Karmen specified. She will leave the choice of venue up to him but request discretion and ask that he send directions to wherever he chooses.
