E-240-Lia: Merchant Freighter Spanial (Docked at Zarg’s World Highport), Lia’s Cabin

Spanial’s a bit unsophisticated in that regard.  Unlike say, Star Trek, due to the Dominion’s hatred of unlicensed radio transmitters most ships don’t issue portable communicators to their staff.  On Spanial, in an emergency, anyone can hit a wall panel and make a call over the PA if they really need to find someone, but otherwise it’s go look (though people will often say where they’ll be).
