“Your reactivation code is Elephant-Zhenbar-440-Egg-Woe-Judge, do you need me to write that down for you to memorise?  Quote that at any Vizierate office when you’re ready to come out of cover, assuming FTL Message propagation, of course.  If there’s nothing else, let’s find the Duty Warden and get your tag re-cut.”

Having his tag re-cut is a similar process to previously.

She authorises it, then in a serious tone says, “Good luck Starr; I appreciate your dedication.”  

Once his old tag is destroyed and he has his new plain gold one in hand she will escort him to the front door.
