OK.  He’s composed the message to Felicity and it’s sitting in the LDA waiting for him to get in range of a MilNet signal (not many of those on a Vizierate ship – Felicity warned him not to try and send a message to her while inside a Vizierate facility.)

He’s about to hit send on the message to Frederick when his door chime sounds; it’s Erin.
