“With Dicard and Fromm away we’re down qualified staff. We’re both picking up a bit extra to ease the load on you and downer.”

Then drops the smile. “But no, I mean, technically, I guess. This is just a formality so I can get past authorisation barriers when dealing with government bodies. I already had the talk with Alan. While our leader is away, whoever has the most expertise in whatever scenario we face will be asked to make the final call as an expert.”
