    Lia is unusually unadorned today opting for simplicity over ostentation in her appearance. She wears her tag bracelet and her usual ring, along with simple diamond studs and a white gold scrollwork ring studded with tiny diamonds; both of her own making.

    She removes her studs and replaces them with the new earrings before tucking her own ones in the box and replacing it in the carry bag.

    The necklace is delicately lifted from the casing and the clasp unlatched. She sweeps her loose hair to the side, exposing her neck and lifts the piece into place, her fingers working dexterously behind her neck.
