Zarg’s World is tidally locked to it’s star, meaning it doesn’t rotate and so one side is blisteringly hot and the other is freezing cold.  Additionally, there is no Oxygen in the atmosphere here, so all the buildings are sealed and climate-controlled.

Where Lia is in the restaurant it’s a controlled 22°C, outside the walls of the Downport complex, it’s about -30°C.
