“When you’re back in space ping the comm buoy we deployed here last time using a tight-beam transmission, we’ll update it with our course nav data and any advisories.  We don’t want to give away our position so Spanial won’t be transmitting on the system traffic or comms channels so don’t expect a response that way.  If anything goes wrong send an advisory through the comm buoy if you can and just meet us at the Mainworld.”

Jennie chimes in, “It should take about 4 Shifts to get into the Outpost from here in Hio.  I’ve set up some base-line navs based on our current position, you’ll just need to refine my baseline with actual data based on when you actually depart from here and the Outpost later.”
