“For sure, Jennie reminded me that one of the ways customs can give a ship a hard time is to check on regulatory compliance.  We can get by for a while having you signed on as an apprentice with your private aerospace ticket qualifying you, but I really should start some processes with the Mercantile Bureau to get you a commercial spacer’s ticket.  

“So if you’re alright with the idea we’ll spend a bit of time this trip getting you to fill in some Bureaucratic forms and checking you out properly on the shuttle, and if all that goes well you can fly the decoy run.  How does that sound?”
