Tanner turns to a storage compartment, opens it and withdraws a briefcase that he hands to Karmen.

She takes it, opens the lid and looks inside, withdrawing at random one of a stack of money cards in authorisation sleeves.  She checks the balance on the card.

She looks up at Tanner, but before she can speak he says, “Pleasure doing business with you Captain.”

She returns the card to its place in the case and Tanner turns to Kort.
