“Well, there’s the hemp project.  There’s a bunch of work going on with crop diversification for different environments of cereals and hops.  There’e some interesting investigation of fungi as a basis for a pharmaceutical farm.  I know mostly about the botanical side, as that’s my field, but there’s some stuff going on over in Zoological too, including some sort work across the fence with some non-companion life forms.
