- Part of Lia’s service fee covers a mail-in backup storage facility.
- She can place an order through the online catalog if she needs one of the mailed-in items sent to her, there’s no physical location where she can come view it.
- Within the code of her black book, there are no names, each person has a unique symbol representing them. There is no key.

She asks Lia to suit up for jump exit and join them in Control, then if all is clear, move the Hopper.
