“Not too bad now, though my neck’s a little stiff.”
She seems to appreciate the inquiry.
She gestures to the piles of stuff near the table, “Just so you know, I’m going to secure some of this gear so we can use the Common Area again.”
“Good to hear your head isn’t too bad, it was a nasty crack.”
She gives Karmen a concerned look before glancing at the piles of stuff.
“I wasn’t sure what to do with it. Thought this was the best spot until we figured it out.”
Her eyes shift back to Karmen.
“What are we going to do with it?”
