9-457: A Threat’s Shadow
Oliver, Alan and Chris return to the Vizierate offices and collect their gear, leaving Dicard and Fromm at the clinic to discuss their respective ‘what nexts’. Alan drives the Crawler to the Downport and turns it over to the Administration Bureau clerk at the vehicles desk. The team board the Jolly Shuttle and fly up to the ship.
Erin and Downer have been preparing it to depart. Alan spends some time plotting courses.
At the start of Blue Shift on 211.419 the Vizierate Sloop Maldemar 732 pulls away from Pristine Highport heading for the jump point to Adal, and from there to Zarg’s World where the team will continue their hunt for the shadowy Argyle and his notebook.
