9-432: Pristine, Downport Administration

Many ships have fragile cargo of some sort.

Nothing leaps out re illicit activity. However:

• there was an instance of a ship loading a single speculative powered cargo container of fragile technology components from Iceheart Import Export Brokerage 
• a Mercantile Bureau freighter loaded a shipment of several powered containers of fragile ‘live research specimens’ for transport to Riddle 
• a Trade Bureau contract freighter loaded a shipment of a single unpowered container of fragile ‘ice art’ for transport to Captree 

   There are others, but those ones are what draw’s Oliver’s initial attention.
