Unfortunately, I don’t think Oliver has a clue about the Alpcows here. He’s pretty much had his head in Argyle’s books and not engaged with any of the locals or any information sources that might tell him that information.
He can make an IQ roll at a penalty (the actual skill is probably Area Knowledge) to see if he picked something up.
That’s fine, I’ll play off the likely scenario.
