[B550] Oliver’s unaimed attack roll succeeds. Because it took an All Out Attack, the Alpcow cannot take an Active Defense and the attack hits. Oliver’s electrolaser does a linked attack of 1d6-3 Burn damage from the ionising laser and a linked electrical Stun Affliction attack.
