Projects
There’s no evidence from the data blobs that anyone other than Argyle works on the projects themselves, though obviously much of the source material comes from elsewhere.
Watch
At the start of his next watch at BR01 on 211.398, he notes that a message has been uploaded to his PubNet mailbox. As the ship is now in N-space, it can receive periodic uploads from the Net.

Father, It’s something that is most likely best discussed in person. If that time comes, I am not sure if I will be at liberty or have the capacity to speak of the details.
Know that I am well. I have been picked up by the Vizierate and I am working as a contractor. It’s easiest to say I am helping analyse data and be an adviser on how to apply it practically.
Unfortunately, I am travelling around a lot. I’m off to Pristine for now and I not know when I return at this stage.
When I am back on Russell’s World, I will make time to see you.
I’m sorry that I have been distant, but I want you to know that I am always doing what I believe is the right thing at the time.

That’s the draft, would Oliver know how content checking for messages works in the dominion? He isn’t trying to hide anything or sneak messages through but he’d rather not send a message with information that is technically classified.
