8-318: Hopper – Foofor 2 Orbit, near the Shipwreck

Karmen says, “Or you could maybe put it down on the centre of spin.”

She means docking it on the middle of the spinning wreck, where the rotational velocity is zero.  This is easier to land the Hopper, but implies a trek across the wreck’s hull to the extents to see anything interesting.

Give me an obs roll to detect anything interesting on the second fly-by.
