7-316: Planning Bureau HQ – Undercrat Hulm-Nelson’s Office

Undercrat Hulm-Nelson’s office is high up in the Planning Bureau HQ building.  A floor-to-ceiling length window looks out over the city of Settlement.  

Zargonia’s rotation is not exactly aligned with the Dominion clock, and at GG07, the star has passed it’s zenith and is half-way to setting; outside a light rain is splatting against the glass.

Oliver and Fromm (I assume Fromm is coming?) are shown in to the Undercrat’s office and he rises to greet them in a friendly manner.  He suggests that as it’s nearly lunch time, they might want to have their conversation over lunch?
