At the top of the escalator is an area with couches that has carpet, unlike the downstairs area, and thus is much quieter.  A floor-to-ceiling window overlooks a hillside sloping gently away from the entry park.  Hills rise and fall off into the distance.  The star is approaching late afternoon and the shadows are just beginning to lengthen.  In the distance, the clouds are dark, it seems a storm is approaching.

“I like this view.  Parts of Zargonia are very pretty.”

She sips at her coffee and turns to Oliver.

“I understand, Nasty likes her cats kept securely bagged.  I’d love to talk more about what I’m working on but can’t either.”

She sighs and touches his shoulder, “remember to drop me a message when you get tired of working for her, or just because.”

She turns back to the window, Oliver could naturally end the conversation there, or easily keep talking.

  1. Oliver Starr says:

He looks out the window too. “It’s certainly more natural than I expected the capital to be.”

“It’s not so bad right now, we’re only with Richard at the moment. But I do need to finish this job. It excites me.” He smiles and nods. “But I appreciate the offer and will definitely keep it in mind. I imagine you’d be fun to work for.”

If she doesn’t respond with much he’ll say he has to get back to another continent and bid farewell before returning to the others.
