He addresses Oliver, “Vizier Richard Dicard is your project ViC yes? I’d like to explore working more closely with your project.”
There are murmurs of agreement from the screens.
Oliver pauses and looks to Fromm, his face might invite consult.
“There may be a small problem with that. Though, there may not. My instructions were to come here as well as two other stops. Vizier Dicard doesn’t know that Argyle was an alias for Abbas. I came to you before ascertaining if this information was confidential…”
There’s another long pause, if anyone begins to talk Oliver may talk over them, not intentionally. “Also Vizier Dicard is currently under instruction from Vizier Salfield.”
