    Hmmm…
    I think his paranoia was first triggered by the findings of the protest event.
    However. Not so much. That taught him be wary of the government.
    The other incident caused his real paranoia.
    I like to think he was optimistic and naive until that point.
    So… no. He didn’t delve in. He focused on his work.
