7-197: Snow Lake Streets

There is a narrow gap, a bit over 1m wide between adjacent buildings on either side.  On the right side (facing the building) it is blocked by a solid metal fence about 2m tall topped with barbed wire, on the other side the wall is concrete and about 2.5m but without the barbed wire at the top.

Chris seems to think he can get over the concrete wall.
