7-154: Illuminator – TOSO Bar

Dicard says, “It’s an interesting question isn’t it?  If you split your team you can attack problems in parallel, but the skills and resources that you have to apply to each problem are diminished.  As a general rule, you need to ensure you have the minimum set of sufficient resources to deal with each problem, which means you have to understand as much as you can about what each problem requires and what skills and resources your team has.

“So what are you facing and what do you have?”

  1. Oliver Starr says:

“Well we’re facing one relatively unknown individual and two government facilities. Do any of these people know we are coming?

As far as I’m aware we have two men who know their fields well and one who may know things that cannot be learned at a school.” Oliver looks towards Chris. “Which can be very valuable.”
He ponders for a moment. “I think perhaps we should stay as a unit of three and tackle each problem with all our energy. We can be more thorough and cover each other’s faults that way.”
