With the exception of the first aid document, all of these are highly classified.
I’m not sure Oliver actually really cares much about aliens. Though his player is skeptical, he isn’t. He’s fairly convinced there is Naki and he accepts the Felline in the Dominion without issues.
Not being overly sexual or stimulated by biological studies, he isn’t too interested in the mating files either.
He may just do a skim to see if there’s anything relevant to himself but he’s not hopeful.
