Yes. I assumed his Legion recruitment test results would be higher than his pure IQ might indicate because of his other advantages. Memory in particular counts for a lot in educational performance measurement.

He does have Eidetic 2, it’s listed as Photographic Memory in the rulebook so thats what I wrote it as.
