7-031: Witnish Highport

Tweaks

Yes, you gain points equivalent to the disadvantage, which I will allow you to spend immediately if you wish (as if Oliver always had those abilities).

Concourse

Erin makes a face, “I don’t think I want to drink one of those.  How about a Secrecy?” The…whatever…of Viziers and Vizants disappears into the Highport Resi Section.

So browsing through obscure electrical and engineering gear may turn out to be the highlight of the trip.

Just so we’re clear, Oliver telling Erin that he has access to the Legion network is equivalent to him wearing a reflective flouro safety vest with ‘Legion Spy’ written on it in big letters.  Does he still want to do that?  He can say he’s sending a message to his mother on PubNet, but he’ll need to connect his PDA or LDA to a terminal to (pretend to) do that.

We can probably find time to compose and send a short message while Erin is in the bathroom, or, he can compose it back on the Illuminator and come back for liberty NextCycle.  We’ll just say he can find time while the ship is here to do that.

Is there anything Oliver would like to do (or you would like to have him explore regarding life on a Dominion Way Station Highport or planet)?

If not, we can skip to back on the ship after liberty.

  1. Oliver Starr says:

Tweaks: I will have an updated sheet soon. I probably won’t spend my XP yet, but I’ll see.

Concourse: “Secrecy works, or a dismissal. Because it’s never our problem. Let’s hope it stays that way.”

LDA: Well then he’ll do the pubnet pretend thing. If plausible, he may have written up his Dossier on Chris after his drinking session with him. But if retroactive-actions aren’t permissible then he’ll just do it here. There isn’t too much to say about him anyway.

As he watches the message send off he stops and thinks for a moment, then he DOES access the PubNet and actually sends his mother and father a message each. “Hello Mother/Father, I’m heading to Zargonia on business. How have you been? How goes the station/practice? Hope you are well, Oliver.” He does this preferably just through the terminal. Otherwise he does it through his PDA.

The slashes being the difference between his messages to the two.

Next: Other than that, he does want to see when Fromm’s off-shift is, and try to catch up with him. That doesn’t necessarily need to happen during liberty though. Otherwise, nothing else.
