6-311: Administration Bureau Private Suite #2
Aston’s ready to check out the talky room.
A couple of the young dancers wave drunkenly at Aston and Winta as they depart. The daughter seems to have amazing stamina and is still dancing.
Suite #2 comprises a kind of small foyer area, a long hallway going past what seem to be a couple of bedrooms, the first with a couple of people talking quietly in the semi-darkness on one of the beds, the second appears to have someone fallen asleep on the bed, fully clothed but for one shoe. Beyond that is a lounge area and kitchen separated by an island bench. In this are there are a score of people, who range from ‘merry and still going strong’ to ‘clearly had enough drink’. The kitchen has been taken over by the more animated crowd, who are mostly standing around a table laid with drinks and food, and the lounge has been left to the more subdued, except for one man talking intensely to two others who seem to be too numbed to interrupt.
This is mostly an older crowd, and predominantly made up of the central knot of people who were hanging around the Assistant Secretary all night, although there are some extras, and the members of The Jiving Five seem to be here too. There is no Legionnaire guarding this suite, in fact there are no Legionnaires or Viziers in here at all.
Lia will give a flirty wave back to the drunken dancers.
As they wander through the suite, Lia will be taking note of who is here and who isn’t. She is very interested in who has made the cut, as it were. She wonders where the Birthday boy is…
