6-302: Administration Bureau Executive Conference Facility
Over the next little while Lia can track Zayaire as he chats briefly with the senior Legion officer before taking one of the younger ones aside. Zayaire is very good at giving people his attention when he’s with them so he’s not obviously scanning the room. He does, however, seem to maintain a good sense of his surroundings. She cannot spot Adler.
So Aston does wander and meet up with some people he knows (who are apparently ‘safe’ politically), he introduces Winta and they drink and chat and tell jokes and stories for a while. The group membership morphs in and out over time. It’s a nice and relaxing interaction.
Zayaire continues to move around the room chatting to a few people, it’s difficult to be sure but she thinks Zayaire is at least aware of she and Aston’s location. He hooks up with his date and dances for a while then they leave.
It’s getting late and a few people begin to drift off, while other pockets of drunks are settling in.
She will attempt to mentally note anyone Zayaire specifically singles out. If she gets a chance she will ask someone who they are. She will keep an eye out for Adler.
With Aston she will be witty and charming and keep an eye on his booze intake so he doesn’t get completely blotto.
