Irrespective of how she rolls, Namaisa Markov-Wrikster is a thin man of mixed-asian appearance wearing what appears from this distance to be a conservatively cut but excellent quality suit. There are a few people around him, which appears to be a static group that remains reasonably close and the outer circle who come and go, presumably to wish birthday greetings.
Aston replies, “subtly yes, he is a restrained sort of person, but he is essentially in charge of the Bureaucracy here. But, for some unaccountable reason, he seems to like me, so that is nice.”
