    She raises her eyebrows a fraction.

    “It’s funny… Most of my work involves people; dealing with them, interacting, spending time… but those are professional contacts, not personal. Not… friends.”

    She sips her drink.

    “I miss that social contact sometimes. The ability to be easy with certain people. So I suppose I do get lonely, in that way.”
