6-064: Merchant Freighter Spanial – Control Room
“Well, usually we have Ipan as well so we take a shift each. I figure if we do it this way you and I don’t have to interrupt our usual sleeping patterns; you sleep in Red and I sleep in Blue and we split Green between us when we’re both awake.
“Anyway, it is GG07 now, so you can get out of here and have some rec time.”
Lia can chat with Jennie a bit or go and do stuff.
We can skip forward a bit – there are probably a couple more posts worth on the ship, and perhaps a couple more when the ship reaches port.

Spanial’s usual watch roster
She’ll head back to her quarters and do her own thing for a while. For recreation she likes to play with her chemistry set and her scents. She makes jewellery as a hobby as well as a job and she loves to cut and carve gems. She’s also an avid reader. If she can access vids, she’ll watch some. She’ll spend time with her weight set as well as time using the larger gym equipment in the Common Room. She will also feed, water and talk to Rosaline. She may even bring her along while she’s on watch. Some of those things she can do whilst on watch. Also, if she knows she has an appointment with a client coming up, she will spend some time preparing for that.
Beyond getting to know the crew (hint: I want to meet Prrri!), she will read and absorb as much of the manual as she can. She also wants to keep the arrangement with Gregar about him going over the shuttle systems with her. I’m cool to just say we did that if you don’t want to play it out.
She had a the night before we started playing. If it (do you have a name for it yet?) lasts for three days, that means she should be due for a hit tomorrow night.
It’s quite possible that she’s been to Mundo Zargo before. If It’s the kind of place where she would find clients who can afford her, then let’s say she has been here before.
I’m okay with you just deciding if one of her regulars lives here; I kinda figured you would make those calls. Up to you if you want to let the dice decide.
In terms of travel, I think she’s done quite a bit. She’s never travelled in the fashion she is currently doing but given that she’s wealthy and the nature of her work, I think it makes sense that she’s been to quite a few places.
I wonder if there’s a way for her to have some sort of location function on whatever equivalent of a website she has for Winta. That when she enters a system, she can do the equivalent of a check in so clients in the area will know she’s around and they can make bookings. Either that or she’d have to have some form of calendar of locations.

Was also thinking about Raina. In order to make her monthly dates, I think Raina would need to know where she’s going to be and come to her. Otherwise it’s not going to work. She’s going to be reliant on where the ship goes, so she can’t be in a single location once every month.
