Lia’s Past Observations
You asked via text whether Lia had worked out the sexual orientation of the Spanial’s crew in the time she’s been aboard. I asked you to give me some dice rolls and you rolled: 13,12, 9, 14, 11, 7.
Lia thinks:
- Karmen is straight
- Ipan gives off a bit of a gay vibe but is actually straight
- Jennie is straight and possibly even slightly homophobic
- Prrri, she can’t get a good read on – probably because he is an alien
- Gregar is straight, although uncomfortable about sexuality in general
- Kwint she is gay while superficially quite the ladies’ man
Control Room, Now
Karmen says, “Jennie will fly the Spanial, all you have to do is sit alternate bridge watches for her so I don’t get fined by the Legion if Customs or the Navy get nosy.”She continues, “The cargo is 50t of containerised freight – general consumer goods, and a 700t speculative load of chemicals used for agricultural processes. Nothing notable, nothing fragile or volatile. The freight will be delivered to the port’s holding warehouse as usual. As for the speculative load, last time I was here I used a warehousing firm called Porters that were satisfactory. You can give them a call when we get closer to dock, Jennie can authorise a payment from the ship’s account. Any questions?”
“Nope, that all sounds easy enough. Nobody I need a heads up about?”
