Jennie seems pleased at the compliment.
“Spanial’s only small, not like the big cargo or passenger route liners, but I like that. It means we can go anywhere, and so there’s lots of variety for me in terms of Navigation plots and so on.
“Anyway, you’ve fitted in fine so far, and Captain Karmen seems to appreciate your help with the cargo transfers.”
She switches machines while Lia does weights.
“Any plans for when we arrive at Mundo Zargo?”
“Does she? That’s nice. Captain can be a little hard to read.”
She pauses briefly as she adjusts the tension in the machine.
“Just looking for some work; new cargo; maybe a little fun… You have any specific plans?”
