Vizierate Offices
A Task before the meeting and Melody greets him. She says to help himself to a drink or snack from the kitchenette if he wishes and and he can go right in to the conference room; no-one is using it before the meeting.
Erin will arrive as he’s talking to Melody, she wishes greenings to them both and comments that she saw Oliver leave the pod just ahead of her but would have felt silly running after him.
What’s he doing while waiting for the meeting to start? When/where will he sit this time?
Then he’ll break routine and go to a busy café style place for breakfast or lunch that looks a lot like everyone is fiddling with PDAs and will send it from there, hoping it’ll be missed in all the traffic.
Oliver returns her comment with a smile and says “Understandable, I tend to avoid running whenever possible myself.”
He may strike idle conversation with Erin about her day before this. Just small talk to pass time.
