“Assignment: Prepare and submit a dossier on each of your mission team members and the key Vizierate Personnel you have encountered.”
As a practical matter, feel free to edit and add a section to each of the NPC pages. You can write the whole thing or just summarise Oliver’s transmissions (assuming he makes any). Don’t feel a need to do them all before posting next…just whenever.

Melody says, “Excellent, we will see you nextcycle.”
Can do.
“Certainly, see you then.”
Oliver will continue his mundane lifestyle until the meeting.
