Oliver changes; in his peripheral vision Felicity seems to be watching him. He can’t discern her expression. When he is dressed she turns her large screen into a mirror so he can see himself.
“I do. I think it suits well.”
Oliver wasn’t expecting to feel as good as he does. He feels somewhat like he’s returned home.
