Given Oliver’s timing, Felicity doesn’t respond, just gives him a quizzical look.

Oops!  “Oliver.  May I call you Oliver?  In any case, call me Matthias.  I understand you’re a Special Recruit with some versatile skills?”

Felicity raises her eyebrows in response to Matthias, but says nothing.

Matthias goes on, “Well perhaps, although tests do only measure what they measure.  Has the delightful Under Officer told you what you are in for here?  Routine recruits don’t get to talk to me, you see.”
