5-056: Legion Cast – Interview and Evaluation Room

There is a moment where she is trying to gauge his reaction that she seems uncertain – perhaps because he’s laughing internally about his mother.

She says, “that’s a very individualist definition of morality.  Do you think there is a common definition of morality, any sort of universal truth, or a social one?  Or is it completely about relativism?  A functional tool to prevent you lying awake in your bunk?

  1. Oliver Starr says:

    Which he is.

“A common definition? Depends how deeply you think about it. Morality is passed down based on a civilization, social norms and lasting traditions. Who knows what the Naki would say? In general, a moral ‘right’ is doing the best thing you can while hurting the least amount of people.”
