Given Dicard said to grab their gear Oliver should probably take glasses and laptop, unless he’s looking for an excuse to come back to the ship later.
If you want, make a roll against Computer Operations to quickly copy as much stuff as he can while he’s packing up and loading boxes of books onto a trolley etc. If he does want to do that, to what is he copying it? eg: External storage ship, Laptop, PDA?

Oliver will actively try to stall to make more time for copying, if need be. Slowly packing up the notebooks and being over meticulous about what order they go in. If he’s desperate he’ll knock a whole box over or something.
