3-185: In the Hallway of Argyle’s Lodge X

Oliver doesn’t see any threats in this room.

The carpet has been pulled up from this room and the floor is bare concrete.  A small metal lip, about 3cm high has been welded across the bottom of the doorway and sealed with some sort of silicone coating.

The vats contain skins, floating in a liquid.  On the shelves at the rear of the room are animal skins, apparently from two different sorts of animals, packed into clear bags.  One set is a mottled grey and black (and matches the pattern on your cold weather gear) and the other set white.

On the left hand shelves are various chemical containers, spare bags, a large roll of some sort of sheeting and various boxes and tools.  The table is apparently used for both tanning and butchering and has a frame built over it with an electric winch at the top.  From hooks at one end are suspended an impressive array of knives and butcher’s implements.  There is also a large electric urn.  In the far corner there is a hose attached to what looks like after-market plumbing and some evidence that the concrete floor has been altered and redone to add an industrial drain under the floor that presumably leads out to the utility space.  A large fan and some industrial work lights have been added to the false ceiling (like most other things in this place, they are not operating).

Now the door is open, the smell from the vats is quite pungent.

Rolled a 3 on my curiosity. Which makes me feel I am completely repulsed. (That’s gross, this is gross, fresh carcasses are cross.) I’ll pick up the flare with the tongs and close the door.
I’ll place it down next to the next door and attempt to unlock…

    Same trick too.
