3-170: Outside the Waste Processing room of Argyle’s Lodge II
The snow in the driveway is flat and pristine (maybe that’s where the planet got its name?) However, right near the doorway in the ground is evidence of a vehicle track in a small patch not covered with snow.
There is a small camera mounted just under the awning to observe the ‘driveway’ area.
Walking through several cm of snow to the end of the driveway Oliver can see downhill to similar terrain that he saw on the approach to the Lodge.
Looking back up the slope and past the Waste Processing room, that looks like the fence 50-60m away.
He sees no movement or people. Of course, even in this open terrain it wouldn’t be hard for a hunter to conceal themselves somewhere out there in the darkness.
Oliver will return to Chris. “If he came this way, he’s gone. Either hiding somewhere he could pick us off or trying to get further away. We should head back.” If he’s in agreement we will head back to the bathroom.
