3-039: At the Large Hunting Lodge XXIX
Erin says, “Things are quiet here. I’ve hardly seen Dr Fromm, he’s mostly in at the port. Wait one…”
After a brief wait she comes back on the line.
“I have the box. I’ll pass your message on to Dicard when he gets here. Can we reach you back at this number?”
[I’ll assume you say yes.]
After a pause she says, “You know, I went into the spaceport concourse for a look around, there’s a travel agent there who was advertising aerostat charter flights to the hunting lodges. Does that help?”

I would think parachuting is possible…if any of you know how without killing yourselves.
[Assumption correct.]
“Yes… perhaps. If we can get one to hire or someone happy to take us somewhere that would be advantageous. You’re welcome to ask yourself or leave it up to Dicard. We aren’t going anywhere, so we’ll wait until somebody contacts us. Is there anything else?”
If no, Oliver will thank Erin, say a polite goodbye and hang up. I’ll let Peyton know I’m expecting a call back, then return to Chris. “We’re on stakeout now, sit tight until Argyle shows up or Dicard calls back.” I’ll sit and return to reading what I was before. Now I’m just waiting until something interesting happens.
