3-038: At the Large Hunting Lodge XXVIII

Peyton is happy for you to use the sat phone, it costs a Money a Moment (or part thereof).

It is a relatively straightforward matter to call the spaceport and be connected to the ship.

The line opens after only a brief delay, “Snark 416, Chief Engineer Erin Malan speaking.”

  1. Oliver Starr says:

Oliver will agree to pay said money for said moments.

“Erin, it’s Oliver. I’d like you to get a message to Dicard if you can. He an Alan are on their way back to the spaceport to put our target on a no-leave list. There’s a box in my room, should be on the desk, it’s small and would fit easily into a jacket pocket. I’ll need it for our next movements, so if they can bring it back to me that would be good. I’d also like them to see about acquiring an aircraft that we can use for short range travel. He can call me back at the lodge we’re staying at to discuss any details.” If I need to provide any details about the sat phone number then I will, if I would know them. The object I’m referring to would be the electronic lockpicking kit I mentioned I’d picked up but not brought along.

“How are things at the ship?”

Is parachuting in a possibility? Even having Alan fly us down, have us hop out and he can leave, then come back?
