Dicard thinks for a minute, “Very well, Halcyon and I will go into the port. You’re more likely to need Uddin’s skills out here.”
He appears about to say something more but then remains silent. Unless you stop him, he will proceed upstairs to get Halcyon and tell him the plan.
Once your interaction with Dicard is concluded you will find the Manager in the foyer.
Mental note to see if there’s anything else he needs to know or ask before he leaves.
“Do you know what Willard Argyle does to get by? Collector? Trader? Extortionist? Anything he’s noted for being interested in?”
