Staff USO Ruth Diller is a security technician assigned to Pristine, who works mostly at the Downport, though may be found at any facility with a Legion presence.

USO Diller is 157 cm tall, aged 14, caucasian with brown eyes and brown hair curly, though she usually has it dyed with highlights.

Competent, intelligent and imaginative, she assisted the Vizierate Project Team to investigate Willard Argyle’s penetration of the Downport Starside area when he escaped the planet lock put on by Vizier Dicard.  She was formally commended for her assistance by Vizant 4 Starr.

She was referred to by the Downport Security Chief as a ‘camera tech’, but as a USO is actually a reasonably senior NCO.  

Note:  USO Diller’s name was not actually mentioned in play, though we assume Oliver knows it from when he undertook to commend her.
