Technician Grade 10 Evelyn Wire is a Resources Bureau Bureaucrat that Willard Argyle has evidence that:  Argyle has noted a lot of back and forth between Resources and Agriculture over plans for an Alpcow farm.  Agriculture wants to press ahead while Resources is warning that there is little research on how Alpcows might take to domestication.  As a TG grade, Wire’s warnings seem to be being ignored.
