Minor Vizier Farbello sits on the Governing Council of Mundo Zargo.  

Farbello is tall and thin with loose pale skin and touch of of asian but mostly caucasian in his genetics.  With wispy, greying hair that may once have been blonde he usually carries a light stubbly beard.  He looks to be aged in his early twenties.  His face is thin with a prominent pointed nose below a pair of watery pale blue eyes surmounted by bushy grey brows.  He is somewhat rat-like in his mannerisms.

He favours the Vizierate robes rather than the business attire.

He seems to be cultivating Undercrat Aston as an ally, perhaps seeking a mentoring relationship.

He later engaged Lia for her professional services.

Outside of his hearing he is sometimes referred to as ‘Old Purple Beak.’
